We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to contribute in building customer relationships for Berkshire eSupply. You will be responsible upselling products and maintaining great customer relationships. We will provide the training you need to effectively & efficiently use our systems. The ideal candidate would be someone that is self motivated, confident speaking on the phone, and is committed to providing a superior experience for our customers.

  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop strong existing customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Inform customers of our current sales and marketing programs and effectively close sales opportunities that are identified.
  • Resolve any account issues in a timely fashion.
  • Handle program & product promotions, contracts, price quotations, and direct mailings.
  • Effectively utilize knowledge of Berkshire eSupply’s capabilities & product offering programs to proactively identify BeS service gaps.
  • Regularly coordinate with executive and mid-level managers, as well as purchasing and outside sales personnel.
  • Make outbound calls daily depending upon the program or project type.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  
  Experience and Skills:

  THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in Inside/Outside Sales and/or Customer Service
  • Industrial distribution or supply chain experience

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

  • Must have the ability to establish rapport and build demand over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
  • Proficient use of Windows computer and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
